Takealot eBook Download not very user friendly

I purchased an eBook with a EPUB_DRM file (.acsm) but cannot get it to open with Adobe Digital Editions. I have the latest install of ADE, have followed all the instructions on Takealot but can still not access the file. There is no contact email on Takealot, no number to call, and their link on which device can access my eBook sends me to a generic help page https://secure.takealot.com/help that is really no help at all! Not happy with a wasted R244 purchase, and hours trying to access the product.
