Takealot.com deleted negative feedback: I ordered a product on 5 Feb and it eventually arrived on 26 Feb. The product details describes a Bluetooth 4.0 OBD2 diagnostic scanner device. What arrived nearly a month later was a Bluetooth 3.0 device, clearly labelled on packaging and on the device itself as such! The BT3.0 device does not work with my app which is why i doecifically ordered the BT4.0 device. I believe I could have received the correct item, for cheaper and faster, from China. This seller is a ****mer! Obviously the seller doesn't carry the stock and only orders your purchase (from china) once the buyer has paid for it. Hopefully TakeaLot shuts down this seller and replaces my order with the correct item, let's see if they really care about their customers...
