Hi, I have never been disappointed in the excellent service from Takealot. Although they have no control over the quality of the items for sale the reviews posted are a guideline. The staff at the pick-up point in Monument Park Pretoria are super friendly and I have never had a bad experience and all orders are delivered within the timeframe given.
