Takealot

I'm always trying to write positive review on business.With Takealot currently having such a issue with a returned item.I recently purchased a wireless doorbell from them for business purposes.It only worked one day.Second day when clients pressed the bell transmitter was making any sound.The Takealot send courier to pick up the return.It arrived at there warehouse on the 28 August and refund concluded on same day.As of that day contacting customer support on my refund and receiving no joy from Takealot team.?
