Takealot e-books very difficult to download and are read-only

I ordered 2 e-books online from Takealot recently. I order all my books online and don't have any problems downloading and saving e-books. However the 2 books that I ordered from Takealot were extremely difficult to download and are read-only, meaning that one cannot save the books for future reading.
