Takealot Duped me

I returned a new IP camera to Takealot that was faulty and was then refunded. I then ordered another IP Camera that cost more and is specific to using the Yoosee app like my other camera. Instead of receiving the new camera I ordered, I received the faulty camera I returned a few days earlier as the contents in the box was as I have returned it. To me this is ***** because instead of honouring the order, Takealot, I think unknowing that I was the customer who returned the faulty camera, tried to resell the faulty camera back to me. I have informed Takealot about this issue but instead of rectifying their mistake and sending me a camera that I ordered, they are crediting my account as if I will ever buy from them again have been such a long-standing customer. I previously had a very high regard for!!!
