Takealot dumping useless product through online sales

I recently purchased a Pantum printer and generic cartridges through Takealot As it turns out, Pantum printers do not accept the use of generic cartridges. Takealot not only sold me a printer that will cost me a fortune to operate, they also sold me useless cartridges. Despite them selling me useless product, I now face a no return policy on the cartridges. Attempts to get response has been futile
