Takealot drum warranty repair, garbage service

We bought an Alesis drum kit from Takealot in February this year, had a problem with the kick giving double sounds so dropped it off at pickup point on 12 October. Got feedback that no problem could be found and set would be returned but we explained the issue again and Takealot agreed to more extensive testing. Still waiting to date to get feedback and have now spoken to 7 different people at call centre
