Takealot drops the ball, more than once. And I am angry,

When Takealot did not deliver on the promised date (despite paying extra) they refunded the shipping cost and promised delivery the next day. The next day came and went, with no delivery and no feedback. This is despite my email and phone-call escalations, and despite friendly staff assuring me of the delivery.

I wasted time away from work expecting a delivery which never arrived. I missed the chance to give the item as a birthday gift.

So when desperate to get this problem resolved, I have no option but to post on social media, to hopefully create enough pressure for someone to do something.

As I write this I still have no response from Takealot, and no sign of my order. Besides, I am not home anymore to receive it anyway.

What a waste of time and money. Lets see what their next "promise" will be.
