Takealot dropping the ball massively

I still have not received my order after the stated delivery date. No comunnications from takealot and no response to mails. Dropping the ball big time guys. I will second guess using them in the future after using them for years now. The order was placed on 16 June 2020. When I want to check the item or product it says oops something went wrong. I sent communications to cancel and refund me, but still no reply.
