Takealot dropping the ball during Lockdown

Firstly I ordered a battery kit for xbox controller, after what seemed to be an eternity it never got shipped so I sent a message via Facebook Messenger for it to be cancelled (there was a delayed response of a week) and my account was credited with the value of my purchase. Having a credit I ordered 2 sets of coffee cups only for the delivery to be delayed by three days and then when it eventually arrived it was only one set. I subsequently refused to take delivery of HALF AN ORDER. I have since sent a message AGAIN via Facebook Messenger for my money to be returned to my bank account and NOT as a credit to my takealot account. I know during this Covid-19 period there are certain constraints but this service I have ben receiving is just ridiculous. Hopefulle this review on Hellopeter will get me a response because all I want now is my money back and forget I ever used takealot. They are literally contradicting their purpose of convenient online shopping.
