Takealot dropped me in silence

i purchased an item on the 1st of September and Takealot keep extending the arrival date by a week, now its estimated to arrive on the 26th of September....i needed it a week ago!!!!, they don't tell you this and they don't give you the option to cancel the order midway through even though its their error/fault. To run a business that way is to run it to the ground. consider this our last transaction takealot.
