Takealot Drone Pihot P40

I have purchased a gift for my hubby from takealot which was the Pihot P40 Drone. I had received the item earlier, which when received I had wrapped as a surprise gift for his birthday. I always shop on takealot.

I was soooooo disappointed when he had opened his gift only to find that the product was delivered in a very poor and damaged condition. The drone had a propeller that kept popping out and a side that had visible crack on it , on top of everything there was 1 missing antenna. How the he'll would I have gotten signal to even fly the drone?

Which is not all, upon returning the item, I get an email to state there are visible damages...of course there is damages as that's how the item was received. They then went ahead to tell me there is nothing that can be done and will be returning my item back to me of which I had saved money and paid alot for. This is really frustrating as I never trusted online shopping due to products getting delivered in very poor conditions and that we are disadvantaged as we get the left over items or could possibly be used items therefore they are in that condition.

This is madness as we save to spend and spoil our spouses and birthdays only come once a year and I didnt want disappointment to be an option on his birthday list, as I have always been a loyal customer to takealot.
