Takealot drivers ******** customers

I have tried to notify takealot directly but there is no way to communicate with them. This is about how some of their drivers are potentially ******** their customers. I have video footage and a non bias witness that has experienced the driver when completing his delivery asks us the customers for petrol money, he assured us that he will return it, finding this strange how a big company like takealot doesn't have petrol for its drivers, we did not want to leave the man stranded so we assisted him with money and he never returned. I vlogged this on my social media and to my surprise many people advised that this is a **** and they have been victims as well. Takealot needs to know about this and how their reputation is being tarnished.
