Takealot drivers ***** packages and Takealot does not care!

One of your Takealot’s delivery drivers claims my R5000 monitor was ****** from her car today, but still Takealot is painfully slow in acting, I sent emails, called Takealot’s line and sent messages to every social media app they are on and yet still, nothing. No feedback and no clarity as to when I will get my monitor, just give me my money back please. Such disgusting service
