Takealot drivers let the side down

My order has been rescheduled 5 days in a row as they say my address was incorrect but they have delivered numerous times. The Takealot call centre are very friendly and helpful but even with 2 different phone numbers the driver couldn't even be bothered to contact me. He just signed that I was unavailable. Not one missed call on my phone or my husband's. I'm very disappointed with the service of this delivery.
