Takealot drivers

Bought item online and the size was too small or not fitting. I logged the return online and the item supposed to be collected. Takealot drivers rock up without contact for time of availability. The driver called me and shouted at me as if she's doing me a favor. One can't stay the whole day not going anywhere to wait for takeloy drivers to come without making prior appointment.
