Takealot drivers do not call you for delivery they just log it as not available

Placed an order 10/03/2026 Paid extra for a next day delivery. Come the day of delivery just past 13:24 i get a message the order could not be delivered recipient unavailable. NO ONE CALLED ME NOT MY SECURITY AND DEFINITALY NOT THE DRIVER I HAVE BEEN IN THE OFFICE THE ENTIRE DAY. Cherry on top i call the contact cente multiple times and the call is dropped while i try to get my **** sorted out. I want proof that a call was made to my cell phone that the drive was here to deliver!!!
