takealot drivers destroyed my things using a sellotape now takealot is refusing with a refund

I bought outdoor lights n after few days i decided to return them as I no longer needed them so i decided to return them so the driver came n picked up the packaging as it was not opened n it original packaging which was not destroyed so few days later takealot contacted me to say they cant refund me because those things dont meet the requirements n i gave them the driver took a sellotape to wrap them now that they have that sellotape i am not going to get my refund i am not happy at all
