Takealot drivers are useless

I would rate you a zero if that was available, you have the most appalling service over the festive period ever, instead of just saying you're unable to fulfill order, your drivers lie and say recipient refused to accept order which is a lie, I've ordered the same thing twice and both instances have experienced this. Same with your customer service.
