Takealot drivers are appalling

Would prefer a zero star rating. My order was out for delivery today to my address which is a shop in a mall open from 9am until 8pm. Received an sms at 10am saying “recipient not available to receive order so being rescheduled”. What a load of horse****!! The driver clearly never even attempted delivery. Phoned customer service and never heard back until 5pm with same rescheduled information! Disgusting service🤬🤬
