Takealot drivers a *** people. And Takealot is quiet while they Rob us
Extremely disappointed with the driver’s dishonesty. My return (Ref: MRRN-7M44D-GQPR) was scheduled for collection, but the driver never showed up. Instead, they falsely reported that they came by, which is a blatant lie. I wasted time waiting for nothing, and now my return is delayed because of their negligence. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable — it reflects badly on Takealot’s service and causes unnecessary frustration for customers. This driver needs to be flagged and held accountable

29 Aug 2025, 16:58I still havent recieved my refund and they not responding to my emails now. I need my money guys. I'm unemployed and trying to make my small business feed my family. that printer is a huge loss on my side as I lost loyal clients because of not being able to print. now the refund is being delayed and I can't buy monthly groceries, can't pay for creche, can't buy summer clothes for my daughter and I can't even pay for ads to get my jewellery out there. this is a major setback. I need my money the same way you took my money. Its totally unfair that I have to beg for the money I work so hard for. I have no support whatsoever. I live from hand to mouth, everyone knows how hard it is to survive in this economy as a Black man: so why would you contribute to this falling economy? I mean its not like its a secrete that our economy is collapsing , but why would you contribute to it s collapse by taking money from samll busnesses? Please refund my money.
