takealot driver stole from my parcel!

i purchased a car charger. upon receipt i returned it, without opening the sealed packet, since it was the incorrect connection for my phone. the packaging was still sealed when the driver collected it from my home. then i get an email that the item was returned without the charger.

the driver obviously stole the cable.

takealot cannot provide a photo that the driver took at the time of collection.. this just proves that the driver did this intentionally.

how can we send back the items in future, trusting that the items will actually not be tampered with!!
