Takealot driver making deliveries at their preferred address not the one I wrote 🤯

I am so disappointed 😞 at Takealot. They delivered my package at a wrong address and they claimed I took it since my name is written there as someone who has received the order. I have been calling non stop with out any clear communication from them. They said that they'll do a replacement and I have been waiting since. They are waiting for someone from deliveries to give them a go ahead. This is a nightmare for me and I can't seen to wake up from it.
