TAKEALOT DRIVER JUST STOLE MY PACKAGES

I don't know what is going on with Takealot but your driver just stole my packages!!! He arrived at 17:50 (pitch darkness during loadshedding and I am a woman on my own) but parked outside the wrong house. Called me and when I answered he literally just said, "Takealot" and one word in a language that I don't understand and then hung up on me. I went out into the pitch dark street to show him where to go and then he refused to hand over my packages! I asked for them repeatedly and begged him to just give them to me so that I could go inside because I don't feel safe alone out in the dark streets at night with a strange man I don't even know. It is disgusting that you don't consider these types of things and don't have any concern for the safety of your customers! He kept refusing to get out of the van to give me my packages and wanted to whine about his phone battery being low and all other excuses. I told him I don't care, I just want my packages so I can go inside because it isn't safe out there. He still refused. I told him that if he doesn't give me my packages, I will call security to remove him (I was beginning to suspect he might not be with Takealot but actually a ******** ****) and he said if I go inside to get my phone, he will drive away with my packages and keep them!!! I told him if he drives away with my packages, I will report him to the police for theft because then he is *****ing what I paid for! He still refused to give me my packages. I went and got my phone and called security to give them his license plate number so they would know who he is if he tried to drive away with my packages (license plate KBG733EC) and he was on the phone swearing about me and giving someone my details. He still refused to give me my packages and security suggested I call the police too. I said I would and as I hung up with security to call the police to come and instruct him to hand over MY packages, he drove away with them! YOUR DRIVER HAS NOW ****** MY PACKAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
