Takealot Driver Hit my Stationery Car from Behind and No assistance coming forward

My Name is Mr Kabelo Sanyane.

My Car was hit from behind by a Takealot delivery driver. I have sent countless emails to take a lot,and they reply via email only with promises to call do that we can resolve the problem. This happened on Tueday after ,Chantelle ,Akasia. I gave them the driver Name,Car registration, Pictures of the damage( I have a video and more images from the scene) Including the Quotation for damages.

The Driver confidently Said ,I Should call his employer as they will arrange with him repayments after they "fixed " the damage. He could not be bothered after saying,he is in a rush to the next delivery. The Nerve!!!!! He was is such a rush,like most are.Something must be done. The driver admits fault. I complained on Wednesday telephonically where I got given the "complaint email adress" To date, I have Not Received any Telephonic engagement "
