TAKEALOT driver has no manner of speaking to customers!

Firstly I'm very upset in regards to the kind of manners the drivers have towards customers, The way I was screamed at early hours this morning due to fact I wasn't home for delivery , My sister was going to sign for the parcel. I do understand that the driver has other people he has deliveries to make but the driver this morning screamed at me like I'm a child. You do not speak to anyone in that manner and definitely not a customer, There is a way of speaking and dealing with customers. If the drivers don't have training on how to deal with customers I suggest they do, because I work in a UK call centre myself and if I had to speak to my customers the way I got spoken to, I would be on a final written warning. My entire day was ruined as not even my own parents have spoken to me in the manner that driver spoke to me. I will never order with take a lot again, They can keep the order Im 8 and a half months pregnant I don't need this stress. I will take my business else where.
