TAKEALOT driver crashes into Wall -- No reply from Takealot Order Number: ***8

Takealot driver crashed into my boundary wall lacking the s****s to drive a car and despite contacting Takealot a month ago there has been no reply. Takealot has a responsibility to make sure competent and polite drivers do their deliveries. If in attempting a delivery Takealot delivery crash into my boundary wall then why is Takealot no replying to my complaint? Not only did she crash my wall she was rude claiming 30 years experience. And the driver has hit and run. 1 month no repair to my damaged wall. Order Number: ***8
