Takealot driver bumped my car

A Takealot driver from Roodepoort, Louise Manyonda bumped my car with his bakkie and never paid me. I went to report the case at the Westrand branch, I spoke to Larry, the team manager there. I have not been helped in more than a year now. When I call them, they always tell me that they are in meetings.
