Takealot driver and consultants refuse to listen

Yesterday (26/02/2021) the driver came to collect the POWERBANKS which were not right. My neighbor told him to take all 3 he refused. He said only 2. But when placed the order it was 3(2gold &1silver) when put the return it was gold and silver which is automatic 3. But no be refused to listen and Takealot consultants too refuse to listen. I have had fights but nothing got fixed for the day. Now it becomes my problem cause I have to place another return which only will know it will allow or not cause it refused too. So now we need to struggle and waste out energy when they cannot do their job. I buy alot from them and for the first time this is disgusting
