Takealot driver accident not getting resolved

I had a car accident on the 16th of June with a Takealot Driver that bumped into me while I was inside a traffic sircle.The driver **** to me and told me that he would contact Takealot to contact me about the accident.They never contacted me.I had to call and email Takealot countless times since the beginning of this month and all response I get is "we will escalate the issue for a faster response".No one has reached out to me from Takealot to cover for my damages.Both doors on the left side of my car was damaged.There was almost no damages on his car.This whole issue has been sooo inconvenient for me as this was not even my fault and no one wants to get back to me to cover the damages.Takelot is just ignoring this issue and just keep me waiting
