Takealot don't reply on a return complain.

I bought 2 sets of hand radios, one set comes complete and the other set missing the batteries, I send in a complain and Takealot came and collect the defect set and within a week I received a new set. On opening the new set I realized that it also missing the batteries. I send numerous complains and emails and every time received that they received my complain and send me this reply, We have received your service request. One of our shopping assistants is reviewing your request and will provide you with a resolution shortly.
