Takealot don't replace WARRANTEE products!

I recently bought a Karrimor sold by SBD on Takealot for my som who attends college. A little over a week of using the bag it tore just above one of the compartments. Since there is warrantee we took it to the Takealot depot in Brackenfell on the day. Feedback concluded that it does not fall within the guidelines of the warrantee. The tear did jot happen cos someone pulled it, or it was done deliberately...Its a tore because the product is not good quality. Had I gone to a store and returned such an inferior quality product after a week it would have been replaced. I would not recommend the buying of backpacks online especially not from suppliers on Takealot.
