Takealot dont order

Sheer incompetence from takealot team. As well as poor service delivery. I ordered 4 sets of magnetic tie backs (total R439) only to receive one set in champagne which was correct but with 3 sets of bin liners that I didnt order instead of the other 3 silver/grey magnetic tie back I returned the bin liners and waited patiently for my other 3 sets of magnetic tie backs in silver/ grey to be delivered. Only to receive only one set. So takealot still owes me 3 sets R94x 2 but the call centre/ service delivery CANNOT grasp the concept and keeps on sending me ridiculous emails. I need my items asap!!! This constitutes as theft
