Takealot don't know where my delivery is.

I ordered from Takealot on 3 October - delivery scheduled for 7 October. Received update, delivery will be 9 October. Now, 11 October no one knows where my parcel is, it was delivered to the wrong courier according to them and they will get back to me as to when I can expect delivery. 36 hours later and still no word on if they managed to track down my parcel or any other solution to my problem. no word from anyone at takealot.
