Takealot don't help their customers

A month and a halve ago i bought a fridge from them, it was faulty i phoned them and they did send a tec out he said they most exchance it. I did follow up a few times now but no one is coming back to me. I don't have a working frigde at this moment and they don't care. What else most i do
