Takealot don’t give a damn about delivering when they said they would.

Why would you give a specific time and date for delivery????? And then just not show up and not even inform your client??? I know the answer because there are no consequences! Takealot should pay penalties if a delivery date and time is give and they do not deliver. Is it because takealot got to big to deliver and to deliver on time. I spent a lot of money on takealot. But struggling with delivery I am sure this will hamper doing business with them in the future. Maybe it’s a South-African problem non delivery of service on every level. Takealot I expected beter. And just an after thought if you give your call centre better training to care about your customers and not just sound like they don’t give a damn maybe that will help as well?
