Takealot don’t deliver on time

Takealot service is very poor , I place an order on the 28 September and even today I haven’t received my order. The only thing that they know is to send you sms saying your order is going to be delivered and they don’t deliver. I contacted takealot on the 09 September and was told that my delivery is going to arrive that day but nothing. Takealot stop taking us for a ride I cannot wait for so long for something that I have paid for!!
