Takealot DONT deliver

I ordered an item on Friday last week. I selected delivery for the 31st of January and paid for such. I am still yet to receive this item and the delivery date has now changed to the 7th of February. I do not want to wait that long, and i am being told they are "investigating" I want a refund and need to wait for that, i want to cancel and need to wait for that. Its ridiculous, i would have used another provider if i knew this is the ridiculous service id receive!!
