Takealot dont confirm to whom they deliver, they take any signature as proof of delivery!

I have placed an order with Takealot and as usual their service to dispatch the goods cant be questioned however this morning they arrived at our Estate - I asked that they please wait for me at security due to the COVID measures. Upon my arrival they already went into the estate to deliver to my house. This was 10.30 this morning - I haven't received my parcel to date but when I tracked my order it showed that I signed for it and that it was delivered to my address as stated! I tried to contact them and due to COVID their phone lines are disabled and you need to send a mail for which they have a 72 hour response time! My question is how do they deliver without confirming the delivery address or even asking proof of ID from the person receiving the goods! This is totally unacceptable. To show on my order tracking that I have signed and received the parcel is *****! Now I need to wait 72 hours for a response by that time no one will return the goods wrongfully delivered.
