Takealot dont care about there customers

Good day. Takealot never really gave me problems. But the last was the last straw. I only received half of my order. I send it back. They confirmed they got it back. But the reject my return. They keep the the package I send back and the dont want to refund me. Takealot is also much more expensive. Small example. The inflatable pool patch cost R95 for 6 at takealot but at game it is R12 to R24 for 6. Takealot is don't car about there customers.
