Takealot don't care about there customers.

This company is only out to ***** your money. They will send you Broken and missing items, take them back and send you more broken and missing items and then just tell you "We can't do anything about it". They have poor customer service that don't care about helping you because of how much money the **** out of other people.

I bought 2 items from them and they just kept sending me one and not both. If the just would send me both or maybe just send me the missing one and not keep taking one back I would have received my order and moved on.

I also informed them about an item that they broke and they just kept ignoring it in the mails I sent to them. The Takealot box was fine but the box inside was broken so they broke it even before they sent it to me.

I have never had such a bad experience with them before. This was the first time I hade to try and get something they did wrong fixed and I am so upset they are not try and help me at all.
