Takealot don't care about their customers

Takealot has no concern for customer service. It seems every time I have paid for delivery they miss it. Their delivery department blames the customer, and we just get to wait. Their help line is of no use. At best they will send an email to "the relevant department" and IF they get a response they may respond back to you.
