Takealot Don't care about the Customers

They are never liable for anything, Whenever there is an item at a good price and you place an order they just cancel it and give stories of they policy of how they liable for nothing. What terrible stuff and a horrid service. They don't take accountability. They can never price match or give you proper refunds. One pair of ear phones is a health risk and I mentioned it many times to deaf ears. They don't care about customers health and safety. Any issues they just ready to hit you with this policy and that policy and this act and that act and take no responsibility.
