Takealot don't care about other businesses.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A42 for our business on 14/07/2021. Received on 20/07/2021. Speaker and mic not working. Returned and picked up by their courier on 23/08/2021. Booked in at their warehouse on 03/09/2021. Now after many times trying to find out when we will receive the replacement phone we are told that they did not receive the phone. Everyday we get a reply "apology for the inconvenience" from a different person but still not getting a replacement phone or a refund. No effort on their side to contact us if we don't contact them. Almost a month later and we are losing business and money.
