Takealot Don’t Care About Customers

Takealot are not customer centric at all. They delivered a pair of binoculars instead of the security camera I ordered. One would think they would be doing everything possible to correct their mistake. But no, have to wait 20 mins to speak to a support person. And still I don’t even know if they will be delivering my camera. Wasted no time collecting the binoculars though. Takealot you are shocking!!!
