Takealot don't care about customers.

Takealot did not deliver my parcel, but claimed I had signed for it. This is dishonest. This is the third re-schedule they have done because the delivery man is too lazy to find my place. I have been forced to travel 12kilometers to pick up packages, this time only to find they have not bothered to drop it at a local hotel. Takealot have a no care attitude and are unpleasant to deal with .. Roll on Amazon once they get their act together.
