Takealot don't care

@TAKEALOT Purchased an item from takealot they sent me an incorrect and cheaper item of the same kind, it took them 3 weeks to investigate this matter leading to unresolved and crediting my account im now waiting for an immediate refund which they promised they can do last week but u refused and insisted they get me the item I paid for, they got back to me saying they were unsuccessfully and automatically credited the account I now requested for an immediate refund and once again 100 different people from their customer service is doing everything except refunding me someone at takealot used the credits in my account to reorder the item for me which I do not authorize now i got to wait for it to be delivered before I can cancel and request a refund but I didn't even order this item !!!Takealot Dont Takealot Dont Care!!!!Takealot Dont Care!!!!Takealot Dont Care!!!!Takealot Dont Care!!!!Takealot Dont Care!!!!
