Takealot - DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the incorrect item on saturday. I phoned and the guy i spoke to advised that the incorrect item will be collected on Monday 21 December and the correct item will be delivered on Tuesday 22 December 2020.

Today Monday when i phoned, i was told that it takes up to a week for this to happen and that only once they received the incorrect item will they send the new one and this takes up to 2 weeks.

None of the call agents are will to give the complaints department, return department or any other departments number that will assist. Its just we dont have the authority to do so.

I will never advised anyone to buy from them ever again and i will without a doubt not buy anything from them again as well.
