Takealot doesn’t want to refund me R17 499.00 for a gas stove.

I bought a gas stove on the 15 June and was delivered on the 24 June, I immediately open it only to find there was a crack in the oven. I immediately went to their app to return it. The stove was fetched the following day on the 25 June, according to their App you suppose to get your refund within 3-5 working days. Today is the 09 July still no refund, I emailed them and they promised to refund me.

I first communicated with Adam.H who said I must wait for 3-5 working days then today Fefekazi,S responded and told me to wait 5-7 working days from today. At one point my refund was appearing on my profile, now is no longer showing. I am really disappointed and annoyed. I wish I visited this site for reviews before making my purchase.
